Cancellation Policy
Standard (Normal) Policy
When a vehicle is rented via the platform, the Standard (Normal) cancellation policy applies.
The cancellation fee depends on how long before the start of the rental the Guest cancels the booking. The percentages below apply to the total rental amount.
Within 1 day before departure
100% of the rental amount is charged, plus any booking fees.
Between 1 day and 1 week before departure
70% of the rental amount is charged, plus any booking fees.
Between 1 and 2 weeks before departure
50% of the rental amount is charged, plus any booking fees.
Between 2 and 6 weeks before departure
25% of the rental amount is charged, plus any booking fees.
More than 6 weeks before departure
15% of the rental amount is charged, plus any booking fees.
Booking Fees
Booking fees are non-refundable in all cancellation cases.
